    Hello Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am currently using the XStore paid theme for my website, and I would like your support in enabling a couple of important features.

When I initially purchased your theme, I noticed in your demo that multi-language and multi-currency options were available. I would like to request you to please help me enable these features on my website as well.

Firstly, my website is currently built in English, and I want to add French language support so that users from regions like Canada, USA, and other French-speaking areas can view the website in French. Ideally, I would prefer an automatic translation setup so that users can easily switch and browse the site in French without any issues.

Secondly, my website currently shows prices in CAD (Canadian Dollar). I would like to also enable USD (US Dollar) so that users have the option to view and shop in USD as well. It would be great if this can work smoothly for international users.

I would really appreciate it if you could also guide me on the best possible way to implement these features properly within the XStore theme, ensuring there are no issues for users across different regions.

Thank you very much for your support. Looking forward to your response.

    Hello @Muffle,

The XStore theme itself does not include a built-in multilingual feature while it is compatible with popular multilingual and multicurrency plugins such as WPML, Polylang, and Loco Translate for language support, as well as WooCommerce Multilingual or Currency Switcher for currency management. We recommend using these plugins to achieve the desired functionality. Please ensure that they are properly configured according to your website’s requirements.

You may also refer to this article for additional information: https://colorlib.com/wp/wordpress-multilingual-plugins/

Please note that the language switcher menu displayed in our demo is for demonstration purposes only. It illustrates how the language selection menu may appear once a multilingual plugin is installed and properly configured. After selecting and installing the appropriate plugin according to its documentation, you will be able to add a language switcher to your website.

For currency settings, if you are using WooCommerce, you can change the currency by navigating to WooCommerce > Settings > General. There, you will find the option to set the currency to any of available currency display options.

If you require a multilingual store or wish to offer multiple currencies, we recommend using WPML for language translation and a multi-currency plugin compatible with WooCommerce for currency switching.
