Cannot access the header editor via Elementor

The issue is in the WordPress dashboard under XStore Builders > Header Builder. When I click “Go to Builder” to edit the header, Elementor does not open. Instead, it just reloads the same page inside the dashboard, so I cannot access the header editor via Elementor.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

I resolved the issue myself by performing a full site reset, deleting the demo (electron2) and everything associated with it, and installing a new demo. However, I need the header from (electron2) as it’s suitable for my work. My question is, what’s the correct way to delete the current header and install the (electron2) header without problems and in a proper manner? Please provide me with relevant links and videos along with your guidance. Thank you, Mr. Andrew Mitchell, for your response and follow-up.
