Cannot install Elementor – new clean install

I tried installing Elementor but I am unable to.
I checked the requirements and I meet all of them.

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.

Hello @Chie,

Could you please provide temporary WP-Admin access? We need to review your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please create a new user account with the Administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is created, you may securely share the username and password with us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Additionally, please provide more details about the issue you are experiencing, along with screenshots, videos. Specify where you attempted to install the Elementor plugin (via XStore Control Panel → Plugins Installer or manually through the Plugins page in your Dashboard). Also, let us know whether you have checked the error logs on your server—you may contact your hosting provider for assistance with this information.

I redid the entire wordpress installation instead.
