Remove tab from only specific products – How to?

Hi guys,

For every gin I share the story behind the bottle and this story can be found in the tab “verhaal achter de fles”.
However, some other products dont have a “story behind the bottle”. Where do I remove this tab for these specific products?
In the example picture you can see that there is no story so this tab can be removed for this product.

Hello @Denise,

We checked the issue on our local web-site but such issue is not replicated there, as if the content in product is empty then such tab is not shown. It is possible you have some additional customization or active plugins that causes such tabs modifications.

Could you please provide temporary FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Hi Jack,

Thank you for checking this for me!
Maybe this has anything to do that I changed the “standard” tab in order to change it with my own title? I know I made some changes here but I dont know if they interfere with each other.

Hello @Denise,

It can be caused by your modifications of title as it could also modified the key name of such tab so it is not filtered for empty value in WooCommerce files, you can temporary unset such tab renaming and check. If you need us to verify the settings, we kindly request additional access to your child theme files via “Appearance → Theme File Editor”, or alternatively, you may provide us with FTP access so that we can review the modifications in your child theme files.
