We are having an issue with products and stock. Products that are in stock are showing in stock on both brand and product pages and are able to be added to cart. when adding to cart however you are redirected to the cart saying the product is out of stock. this is happening on both Desktop and web.

images are two different incidents today, from two different customers on different products.

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Can you provide a link to this product as well as temporary access to the site?

To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://fex.net/ , and provide us with the URL.

    Warm Regards,

We have purged and tested this over 24 hours but customers are still saying they are having this issue.

We ran a test and noticed that when a customer is adding this stock in and its showing out of stock this is actually correct – we check out stock and this product is actually out of stock – however on the website it is showing 1 in stock in the backend which is also incorrect. Something has miss synced between the front and back end?

Even when quantity is 1 and only 1 is added to cart then when in checkout this also says out of stock.

The product page add to basket button is also now not working,

Some css and ctas are also back to the xstore child original colours and not taking our main colours? what is happening here

    Hello @GreenLion,

We apologize for the delay in our response, which was due to some technical issues on our side. I will now review your issue and work on providing a suitable solution.

Could you please provide detailed information about the problem, including screenshots or videos, so that we can assist you more effectively? Does the issue occur with specific products or across all items on your website? Did it appear after you made any modifications to your site?

Additionally, could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

The more details you can share, the better we will be able to assist you.

    Hello @GreenLion,

We have previously reviewed and tested the issue but did not encounter any problems. Therefore, we kindly asked you to check whether the issue still persists on your website. If it does, please provide us with more details on how we can reproduce it on our side.

Below, we have attached a link to download the videos of our tests conducted on both brand pages and single product pages.

The add to basket button on the product page worked in your video but not for us we have purged cache multiple times and the button does not add stock.

    Hello @GreenLion,

We kindly ask you to provide us with a new video demonstrating the testing from your side. Could you please also confirm whether you have tested the issue using another device or a different browser?

Please attach any additional details that could help us reproduce the issue on our side. As we have already shared a video showing that the issue cannot be replicated on our end, we are currently unable to assist further since the problem appears only on your side. We have also tested it on various browsers, and the issue did not occur there.

It is possible that the issue is related to a specific account. Could you please confirm whether you tested it using the same credentials that were shared with us?

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
