Problems encountered when importing the demo to upgrade the theme

    I purchased a theme, but I’m having some trouble importing the demo data; a blank area appears at the bottom after importing, which didn’t seem to exist in older versions. I don’t know how to fix it.

    Hello,

    Could you please provide temporary WP-Admin access? We need to review your settings.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please create a new user account with the Administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account has been created, kindly share the username and password with us securely via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    Relevant information has been provided.

    The issue is suspected to be caused by a theme plugin update. I upgraded and re-imported the demo data multiple times, but the problem persists. Furthermore, the same issue occurred with my local theme after upgrading the theme plugin. The reproduction pages are located at the bottom of https://test.secretfan.club/product/jumping-mushroom/ and https://test.secretfan.club/product-category/abstract/, where a white block appears.

    I’d like to know what’s causing this, because I’m still experiencing this issue even after importing the demo data into my local environment.

    Okay, thank you very much. I’ve successfully resolved the issue on my local machine as well. However, I didn’t encounter this problem in previous versions, but it appeared after updating to the latest version.
