Mega Menu Not working after upgrade of the theme

    Hi there, we have updated the theme to the latest version on the staging site, and Mega Menus stopped working. We use Appearance – Menus Editor. I’m attaching the screenshots of the staging site (upgraded) and Live Site (before upgrade), please Help!

    We have identified the cause of the issue and have already released patch #972695, which you can activate on your website: https://prnt.sc/WDjjBfQrtomL. You can then verify that the results. This fix will also be included in our next update.

    Hi Jack, thank you for the quick reply. I have applied the patch and now it is working, but only in Incognito – I have cleared all cache many times, yet it is still displayed wrong in the same browser window. Is there anything else I supposed to do to clear this wrong view? Much appreciated,

    Hello @Olga777,

    We are glad that the main cause of your issue has been resolved.
    If you are using a CDN, please make sure to clear its cache as well. If the issue persists after clearing the CDN cache, please provide us with temporary access to your website in private area so that we can review your settings.

    We are not using any CDN. The issues persists. Please find the credentials in private content area, Thank you!

    Hello @Olga777,

    Thank you for providing the details. We have activated the “Remove query strings from static resources” option on your website (https://prnt.sc/UaEbLQznUedP), and the menu is now displayed correctly (https://prnt.sc/Y6HrCbljvtwd). These query strings cause the browser to load a previously cached version of the file, so enabling this option ensures that the latest file from the theme folder is always loaded.
