    Hello,

    I am currently trying to improve my shop and I’m facing a problem on the product page that I built using the product builder.

    There is a layout issue in the live view that I can’t explain:

    In live view, there is a very large margin on the right side of the page.

    The first and second sections are pushed to the left.

    When I switch to a smaller monitor size, the second section strangely jumps to the right while scrolling.

    In the editor, everything looks completely normal. The issue only appears on the live page.

    I have attached a screenshot so you can see the problem clearly. On the right side, there is a huge empty space that should not be there.

    Could you please help me identify what is causing this issue and how to fix it?

    Thank you very much for your support. in the private domain n..you find my password login

    Hello,

    This is how the product appears on our side:

    Could this be a cache issue? Please clear all caches and check again.

    Thank you.

    hi… thanks for your quick replay…

    yes I see…..hmmmmmm

    But with this product, it’s not quite the same as in your example.

    That’s the problem I described… You can find the URL for the product in the private area.

    I have the problem with the product…
    Can you check if I have set something incorrectly on the product page? I mean on the product page itself in your settings…

    And… I have another question about this…

    I set it to full width.

    But I don’t really want the first two sections above the tabs to be full width, but rather like in the example… you screenshot.

    I would do that using padding on the right and left.

    I really need help here… I looked here, but it’s the same… all products.

    It’s strange… the problem is with the products in the categories Performance Socks and Sports Bandages.
    So all products under the navigation points, when you click on them, have the error… but under the point Athletic Accessories, all products in the category are normal… it must be a bug somewhere.

    Hello @Oliver Theiß,

    Could you please clarify which layout you would like to achieve based on the provided screenshots?

    If you would like to have a boxed layout, you can use the following custom CSS:

    body .single-product-builder {
        max-width: 1170px;
        margin: 0 auto;
    }

    Frontend result: https://prnt.sc/0E5MCWgfvkZE

    We also noticed that you have set the right column width to 35% (https://prnt.sc/B7W150ES6ETb). We recommend increasing it to 55% to cover the empty area.

    If you need our assistance, please provide more details about the result you would like to achieve so that we can help you create the desired layout.
