    Hello XStore Support Team,

I am facing a persistent redirection loop issue on my website https://gataloo.in using the XStore theme. The site works fine on Desktop for the administrator, but customers are facing the following issues:

Password Reset Loop: When a customer clicks the “Set your new password” link from their email, they get the error: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.

Mobile Access Issue: On mobile devices, the My Account page often shows “This page isn’t working” or redirects too many times.

Elementor Conflict: I have designed the My Account page using Elementor with the [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode.

Steps I have already taken (but didn’t work):
Cleared all caches (Browser, Plugin, and Server).
    Reset Permalinks multiple times.
Checked WooCommerce Endpoints (they are set to default).
Verified SSL settings (HTTPS is correctly configured).
Re-saved .htaccess to default WordPress settings.
Disconnected all plugins except WooCommerce and XStore Core.
The issue persists even after these steps. It seems like there is a conflict between the XStore account endpoints and the server/SSL redirect rules.

    Site Details:
    URL: https://gataloo.in
    Theme: XStore (Latest Version)
    Page Builder: Elementor

Could you please check if there is a known compatibility issue with XStore’s login/registration handlers and Elementor-based account pages, or if there is a specific setting in Theme Options I am missing?
Looking forward to your quick response.

    Best regards,
    Yog Raj Thakur

    Hello, Gataloo,

Could you please provide temporary FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hi XStore Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment as this issue remains unresolved after multiple follow-ups. My Password Reset and My Account pages are currently inaccessible due to a “TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS” error. This is a critical blocker for my customers.

    Summary of the issue:
    Error: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
    Affected Pages: Registration/Login/my-account/ and /lost-password/
Status: I have already cleared cache (Plugin and Server) and saved Permalinks, but the loop persists with the XStore theme active.

Please escalate this to a senior developer immediately. This needs to be fixed today as it is affecting my business operations. I have provided the login credentials in the private area again.

Looking forward to a swift resolution.

    Best regards,
    Team Gataloo

    Hello, Gataloo,

As far as we can see, the issue occurs not only with our theme but also with other themes installed on your website. The cause of the problem is the Dokan plugin, specifically its “My Orders (page to show my orders)” option and the selected display option for the “My Account” page.
