    Dear Support Team,

    Good day to you.

I am facing multiple PHP errors and warnings on my website, and they are repeatedly appearing in the error logs. Error logs I am encountering are given in Private Content.

I would appreciate your guidance to resolve these issues properly.

    Hello @khurram virk,

Based on your server logs, it appears that you are using a newer PHP version that is not yet fully supported. Could you please downgrade the PHP version to at least 8.2 or 8.1 and check again?

If the previous suggestion does not resolve the issue, please provide us with temporary wp-admin access and the details of the pages displaying these notices so that we can investigate the cause of the problem.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Dear Sir,

    Thank you for your response.

I have resolved most of the issues that were appearing in the error_log. However, one PHP notice is still repeating continuously, as shown in Private content area.

This notice is being logged repeatedly and is increasing the error log size.

Based on my analysis, it seems this issue may be related to the XStore Header Builder, specifically elements like:

    Search bar
    Cart icon
    Or other widget-based header elements

I would appreciate your help in resolving this so the error logs remain clean and the site stays stable.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Thank you.

    Hello @khurram virk,

Could you please check whether the mentioned notices are resolved when the XStore Core plugin is temporarily disabled? If the issue persists, kindly let us know how we can locate these notices on your website, or confirm if they appear only in the server error log.

Please provide temporary wp-admin access in the private content section so that we can review the issue and find a suitable solution for your case.

    Best regards,

    Dear Sir,

Thank you for your continued support.

Due to the website being live and receiving hundreds of users daily, I am unable to disable the XStore Core plugin for testing purposes, as this could directly impact active users and sales.

Similarly, I am currently unable to provide temporary WP-admin access. The website is protected by strict firewall and security rules to mitigate ongoing attacks, and backend access is restricted to specific IPs only.

I have also encountered another serious issue related to IP access:

    Our IP Address: 182.191.121.201

From this IP, the website is not accessible, while it works perfectly when accessed via VPN from other regions.

    Reference screenshots:

Site accessible via Saudi Arabia VPN: https://snipboard.io/48KEld.jpg

I appreciate your understanding of the live-site constraints and look forward to your guidance on resolving these issues safely.

    Thank You.

    Hello @khurram virk,

Thank you for your detailed message and for explaining the situation clearly.

Regarding the IP access issue, we kindly ask you to contact your hosting provider or server administrator to verify whether your server’s firewall or security settings are blocking the IP address 182.191.121.201. It is possible that the IP has been temporarily restricted due to security rules or repeated requests. Once the IP is whitelisted, please check if the issue persists. The IP blocking configuration is not related to our theme settings but is configured on your server.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

    Best Regards,
    Jack Richardson
