    Hi,
    I have the following problems to solve:
    1. On the main page, the menu expands in the top menu when I hover over “shop,” but if I move the mouse slightly to the left or right, the entire menu disappears. This needs to be changed so that it’s less intrusive for the user.
    2. On the desktop, in the same menu, when I hover over “shop,” I’d like to place an image in the selected location.
    3. On mobile, I’d also like to add a product banner that links to the product in the store.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1/ Custom CSS code can be used:

    .et_b_header-menu .menu-item-has-children a:after {
        content: "";
        display: block !important;
        height: 45px !important;
        width: 300%!important;
        position: absolute !important;
        left: -100%;
    }

    2/ Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    3/ Here is an example of code:

    .mobile-menu-content .et_element.et_b_header-search::after {
      content: '';
      background-image: url('url_of_image');
      background-size: 30%;
      background-repeat: no-repeat;
      position: absolute;
      bottom: -45px;
      left: 35%;
      width: 100%;
      height: 100%;
    }
    .mobile-menu-content .et_element.et_b_header-search {
      padding-bottom: 30px;
    }

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello,

    We have checked your settings and can see that your mega menu is currently created in the classic way through Appearance > Menus. However, if you would like to add a banner to the mega menu, we recommend watching this video: https://youtu.be/f07MBdnFPfk?si=IyNIQungcfBbs5q6 and trying to use static blocks.

    Best regards,

    Regarding point 3, I added a photo and adjusted the size – you can see it on mobile, but I need this photo to be a link to the product in the store.
    How do I do this?

    Unfortunately, this option is not available.
