Desktop Menu appears on mobile pages, covering entire screen

Please provide us with more details, as we currently do not see any issues on your website when viewed on mobile devices, either in the default browser or in an incognito tab. You may upload your video to a service such as https://fex.net/ and share the download link in the private area.

Also, on the screenshot you shared it seems you temporary activated the Storefront theme as the layout and design is not match with the style of our XStore theme.

We have checked the issue on our side but were unable to reproduce it (a video of our tests is attached in the private content). Please try clearing your caches, including the CDN caches, and then check again. We also recommend testing the issue on another device.
