If I click the “Buy Now” button and return to the same page to add the product to my cart, the “Add to Cart” button doesn’t work; the product isn’t added. Additionally, the “Cart” always displays 0, and the items in the cart don’t appear. (However, if I add another product to my cart, items that weren’t previously visible appear in the cart.)

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

I’m attaching a video recording. As I mentioned, when we click the “Buy Now” button and then return, the “Add to Cart” button doesn’t work (it should pop up when adding a product to the cart), and the number of products in the cart is zero.

The header always shows “0” or “error” in the cart.

Important: Please do not perform any actions with the admin access granted without our approval.

    regards,

    Osman

    Hello,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

Please try to activate “Always Load “Wc-Cart-Fragments”” via Theme Options > Speed Optimization.
Clear cache and check the result.

Hello, thank you for your interest.

When I tested it, the problem persists. In short: I click the “Buy Now” button, and only one item appears in the cart. When I go back to the previous page and click “Add to Cart,” the item isn’t added to the cart (as you can see in the video, I click “Add to Cart” twice). However, I then click the cart, which displays only one item, and three items appear!

    Please review.

    Regards,
    Recep

    Hello, Recep,

Thank you for the video. We have identified that the issue was caused by the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, specifically the active “Combine JS Files” option. We have disabled this option, and now you need to clear the data on your CDN.

Additionally, after we cleared the cache on your website, we were no longer able to log in using the credentials you provided, as we are receiving an “incorrect password” error.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

Hello, thank you for your support.

But please don’t change the website’s language. This is completely unprofessional. This isn’t right when there’s active, high traffic, and we specifically mentioned it.

I’ve sent you the new password. If you have any unfinished business, please complete it. But the error persists.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

Unfortunately, we did not manage to switch the website language back before we were logged out of the admin panel. We have now completed our part. Please clear the CDN cache and check again to see if the issue persists.

    Hello, thank you.

The settings I provided in the attachment for LiteSpeed are still showing as they were before. You said they needed to be disabled. Should they stay that way?

It works fine in Mozilla and Opera, but the same error persists in Google Chrome.

Do you get an error when you try it in Chrome? (I cleared Cloudflare.)
