    Hello,

The Elementor Pro plugin is not included with the theme, although we are fully compatible with it. We provide the Pro Elements plugin. It seems that the situation on your website is not related to our theme, and you would encounter the same issue with any theme. Therefore, we recommend contacting the plugin’s support team directly.

We kindly recommend checking the following steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Ensure that your Elementor Pro plugin is activated with a valid license key directly in Elementor > License. An “Unauthorized” error usually indicates that the license is not properly connected.
    2. Make sure both Elementor and Elementor Pro are updated to the latest versions. If the automatic update fails, you may download the latest version of Elementor Pro from your Elementor account and upload it manually via Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
    3. Temporarily deactivate all third-party plugins except Elementor and WooCommerce to check if there is a conflict causing the 500 error.
    4. Enable WordPress debug mode to identify the exact error message behind the 500 error. You can do this by editing the wp-config.php file and setting define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team
