    Hi!
I’m not sure if I’m trying to solve one or two problems here, but here goes:

    1. As per the title, when filtering for products on my store page, the results page does not display the product thumbnails.
It also does not show the brand logo or the Login or Basket icons in the header.

    2. Clearing the filters by clicking on the Clear All button then sends me back to the home page instead of staying on the shop page.
Clearing each filter in turn by clicking on it, however, keeps me on the shop page.

    Any idea what’s going on?
    Cheers!

    Addendum.
One thing. The issue regarding the product thumbnails seems to be ajax-related. If I manually remove “?et_ajax=true&” from the address line, then the thumbnails/logo/icons display correctly.

    Hello, Offcomer,

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best Regards,

Unfortunately, the access credentials you provided for the admin panel only redirect us to the homepage.

We have also noticed a non-standard parameter being added to each link (&v=82a9e4d26595). This may be related to a third-party plugin.

However, the main reason for the missing cart and other script errors is the absence of the configuration script etheme_general_all_js-js-extra. It is possible that this script is being blocked by a third-party plugin or by caching.

I’ve double-checked all the site’s plugins, disabling them one by one, then restarting the xstore core, woocommerce and elementor/pro plugins. This isolated the issue to lazy loading (under Speed Optimization) which I have had to disable. Now the Shop page Category Filter behaves correctly.
The non-standard parameter &v=82a9e4d26595 is set by my geolocation plugin, and switching this off has no effect on the site’s behaviour.
However, the Clear All button continued to redirect users to the Home page, so I have disabled this. If you have any thoughts on why this happens, I’m all ears.

BTW, the temporary login link I sent you was just that – temporary – and appears to have timed out faster than it took for you to use it. Sorry about that.

    Hi
I don’t see any change to the “Clear All” button. I click on it, and yes it does clear all the filters, but it still redirects me to the home page, even if I block the geolocation plugin.
I don’t see any recent patch in my dashboard, so I am not sure how you’ve applied the correction.
    What am I missing?
    Thanks,
