    Good morning,
I have my product page designed with the Single Product Builder. I need products in a category to have a specific template, and the rest of the products in the online store to have the default template.

Is this possible? I’ve tried creating two templates in the Single Product Builder and applying conditions, but I can’t seem to get it right.

    Thanks

I’ve tried what you said about the conditions, and it’s not working. Can you help me? I’ll send you my website information.

I have two “Single Product Builder” templates. The first one has the following condition:

    Include: Products

The second template has the condition:
Include: In child Category Products: Underwear > Bras

The product I’m testing is this one, which is in the bras category, and yet the template isn’t applying:

Can you tell me what you’ve done?

This is my development environment, and I have the same conditions on my production website, and I can’t get the template for the bras category to appear.

In the production environment, I have the WP-Rocket cache, but I’m clearing it, and nothing changes.

    Hello,

    We’ve changed the condition.

Here is an example, here you can see the category and subcategory of the product https://prnt.sc/4pjQKWovCH59 , then you can set – https://prnt.sc/lhJwgqox9FsY

But in which option do you see that screen? I don’t see “Product Categories.” I see “In Category.”

I go to WordPress Admin > XStore Builders > Single Product and then click on Conditions.

    This is what I see:
    https://prnt.sc/k2ZBpFedcYFM

And this is what you see:
    https://prnt.sc/lhJwgqox9FsY

As you can see, our screens and options are different.

Okay, it was the same place I was doing it.

The problem was with the WP-Rocket plugin cache. I cleared the cache but it still didn’t work. I temporarily disabled it and it works fine now.

    Thanks.
