    Hello XStore Support Team,

We are currently running our marketplace using the XStore theme with WooCommerce + Dokan + PluginHive Bookings and Appointments plugin.

Here’s the issue we are facing:

In the WordPress Admin Dashboard, bookable products work fine and the booking options appear.

However, on the frontend product page (with XStore active), the booking form/calendar is missing. Instead, it only shows the default product information (title, price, description, etc.) without the booking functionality.

When tested with a default theme (Storefront), the booking form works properly. This suggests that XStore might be overriding or missing the necessary WooCommerce hooks to display the booking form.

Could you please confirm if XStore has known compatibility issues with PluginHive’s WooCommerce Bookings & Appointments plugin or Dokan Bookings add-on? If so, can you provide guidance or fixes (custom code or template overrides) to ensure that the booking form displays correctly on product pages?

Our platform is preparing to onboard service vendors, so this functionality is critical.

Thank you in advance for your support.

    Best regards

    Dear @harshana,

    Thank you for reaching out.

It appears that you are currently using the XStore Single Product Builder with Elementor to create the layout for your single product pages. In this case, we kindly recommend checking the relevant widget within your plugin settings. Alternatively, you may temporarily disable the builder using the Conditions feature to verify whether the mentioned form is displayed correctly.

For further guidance, please refer to our documentation at the following link:

    Best regards,

    Hello @harshana,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Yes, it is possible to display such sections using our theme. However, since you are currently utilizing the Single Product Builder, it is necessary to add specific Elementor widgets. These widgets may be included in the plugin you mentioned, so we recommend reviewing the plugin’s documentation for further guidance.

Alternatively, you may choose to disable the Single Product Builder and use the default templates provided by the theme.

Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
