    Dear XStore Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We are experiencing a recurring issue on our website using the XStore theme:

    Mega Menu Visibility Issue:
    The mega menu has disappeared again despite our reconfiguration efforts. This problem has occurred multiple times, and it seems to reset or fail to load correctly. We are concerned about the repeated occurrence and request a permanent fix or clear guidance to prevent it from happening again.

    Thank you for your response.

    While we appreciate that the issue seems resolved at the moment, this problem has occurred multiple times (2–3 times already). We are concerned about the recurring nature of this issue and would like to understand:

    Why it keeps happening despite reconfiguration.

    What is causing the mega menu to disappear repeatedly.

    A permanent solution to ensure that this issue does not occur again.

    We would greatly appreciate it if your team could investigate the root cause and provide a fix that prevents the problem from recurring, rather than a temporary solution.

    Looking forward to your guidance and a permanent resolution.

    We have not yet identified the exact cause of the disappearance of the mega menus. However, we suspect that it may be related to caching on your server.

    Thank you for your update. I have disabled the cache from Elementor and set it to inactive. Could you please confirm if this should resolve the mega menu disappearance issue, or do we also need to clear/disable any additional cache from the theme or server side?

    At the moment, the issue you reported is not appearing on our end, and as such, we are unable to determine the cause. Should the issue occur again, we kindly ask that you provide us with the correct wp-admin and FTP access credentials to your website (in case they have been modified), so that we can investigate the matter in detail.

    Hi Team,

    The issue we are facing is that the mega menu disappears automatically from both the frontend and the backend. After this happens, I have to republish the mega menu in order for it to reappear.

    Additionally, in the backend header settings, the Mega Menu widget dropdown sometimes appears blank, and I am unable to select the mega menu. At other times, it shows the available options normally.

    I am sharing a video in the private content area to demonstrate the issue clearly.

    Please check and let me know what could be causing this, and if you require any further details from my end.

    We kindly follow up to request your response should the issue reoccur on your website. At this time, we are unable to detect the error on our end, and it appears that the fix has already been implemented successfully.

    Additionally, we have forcibly disabled the cache for the affected mega menus, which should prevent the issue from reappearing. Therefore, we kindly ask that you refrain from applying any further fixes yourself. Instead, please notify us immediately if the error occurs again, so we can investigate the matter in detail.

    Please note that this issue has not been reported by other customers, and currently, you are the only user experiencing it. This suggests it may be a unique or isolated case.

    Can you please check on urgent basis issue again arise of mega menu please fix campaign is going on live site its production site. so i have fixed same as earlier i cant wait so i fixed

    We have reviewed your website but were unable to identify the reported issue with the mega menu display. Could you kindly verify whether the mega menus are appearing correctly on your end?

    In the meantime, we have implemented the following code snippet in the xstore-child/functions.php file as a precautionary measure:

    add_filter('etheme_mega_menu_query_cached', '__return_false');
