Conflict between PRO Elements and Sales Booster features + 500 error when editing products in Eleme

    I am using the XStore theme (latest version) along with WooCommerce and the PRO Elements plugin (without the official Elementor Pro).

    After activating PRO Elements, I encounter the following issues:

    On product pages and other WooCommerce pages, the enabled Sales Booster features (such as Quantity Discounts and other promotional elements) are not displayed. When I deactivate PRO Elements, these features appear again.

    When trying to edit a product in Elementor, I get a 500 Internal Server Error. Once PRO Elements is deactivated, the error disappears and the editor works.

    Sales Booster is configured and activated according to the documentation, and each feature is enabled, but in the presence of PRO Elements they do not appear. It seems that PRO Elements is overriding or blocking WooCommerce templates/hooks that the Sales Booster features rely on.

    Please advise if there is an official way to ensure compatibility between PRO Elements and XStore Sales Booster.

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Kindly try again now. We have activated all widgets in the Elements Manager of Elementor (https://elementor.com/help/element-manager/), as it appears that some of the imported widgets were previously disabled in this panel. This was likely the cause of the error you encountered, as the widgets were globally deactivated.

    Hello, yes, the error 500 was caused by the Elementor manager. But the problem with displaying the Sales Booster features is still not showing for the products. Can I please ask for advice on this issue as well? Thanks in advance. Kamil.
