Sending you admin access. i’m not sure video demonstrating the issue is necessary? Filters are not working… Nothing happens.

Additionally, please specify which browser you are using. In our video, the test was conducted using the Chrome browser.

But like I said in my first message, only price filter is working. Colors, brands, shoe size is not working…

We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue persists, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with FTP access so we can investigate further.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Sorry for the late reply. I though I already replied but it seems it did not go thru.
I disabled all the plugins except xcore and Woocommerce but the problem remains. sending you ftp.

We have identified an issue where AJAX requests related to filters are being blocked by Cloudflare. To resolve this, we kindly ask you to adjust your Cloudflare settings to ensure that it does not block requests containing the following parameters: et_ajax, filter_barva, filter_brand, filter_velikost, and filter_material.
