Layout is not showing proper on all the pages

Hello ,

I have imported the demo content and it showed me that it was properly done but layout is not coming properly. can you please check this and resolve it for me asap.

We have disabled third-party plugins, updated the theme, removed the old demo content, and re-imported it. Kindly review the result at your convenience.

Thank you for solving the issue. There is one more issue. I am using popup for request a quote on product page , but it’s not coming properly on product page. Can you please resolve the issue asap.

You can configure custom content for each product directly in the backend by following this guide: https://prnt.sc/MpSYbDYTlAdJ. Once the custom content is set, you can enable the “Single Product” tab in the tab settings. This will allow the tab to display the specific content configured for each individual product.

Hello ,

I want to use by default plugin – request a quote feature of the theme on product page.. right now you have placed button using elementor on product page and assigning saved template..But i want to use request a quote feature not by this. I have attached screenshot what i am referring to and it’s not showing on product page.

I want to display this ‘request a quote’ as a button not like icon in bottom right. I want to display it same like request a quote button that is showing on screen right now. I have enabled the settings “Show as button on Single Product:” screenshot attached. so can you help me and let me know if that’s possible.

As you are using the XStore Single Product Builder with the Elementor page builder, the “Request a Quote” button is not displayed by default. This is because it functions as a separate widget, which can be placed manually anywhere within the single product content area.

Please note that this widget operates independently from the Sales Booster feature, allowing you to configure it manually according to your preferences. This includes customizing the content, popup styles, and other settings (https://prnt.sc/wQhEKFKq6MZe).

For your convenience, we have already configured it for you as shown in the following screenshot: https://gyazo.com/b8ae2edec959dbe7a4417f7ba92ba31f.

Kindly note that the contact form content is displayed as a shortcode in the editor, so you will need to view it on the live frontend to see the actual form.

As you are using the XStore Elementor Single product builder and you want to add custom tabs to your product pages, we recommend using the “Advanced Custom Fields (ACF®)” plugin. Please follow the steps below to configure it accordingly:

1. Install the ACF plugin.
2. Create and configure your field group as shown here: https://prnt.sc/1J_CgwWUjA6e
3. Set up the content for each field: https://prnt.sc/tKy0IpPCme7J
4. Add a custom tab: https://prnt.sc/IM3pRiedK6Ej
5. Select “ACF field” as the dynamic content type: https://prnt.sc/3bdR3PsSQ-Au
