  Dear [Support Team / Developer Team],

  I hope this message finds you well.

  I am reaching out to request assistance with an issue I’m experiencing on my website. I have recently created a new static Block footer template, but unfortunately, I am not seeing any changes reflected on the front page. Additionally, I attempted to modify the existing footer template, but those updates are also not appearing on the live site.

  I have cleared the cache and refreshed the front end, but the issue persists. Could you please help me investigate why the changes are not being applied or visible on the homepage?

  Here are a few details that might be useful:

  Files is visible for topic creator and
  support staff only.

  Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

  To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
