Unable to use pre built header templates

Hello, everytime i choose a pre built header the menu is stuck on loading. I built a custom one meanwhile but now i need the pre built one as my client liked the luxury jewelry demo and i have a demo tomorrow. I need it to be responsive as well. Grateful if you could advise urgently.
it was previously on local environment and today we moved it to production environment. the problem existed on the local environment as well.

Hello, Hiran,

We have noticed that you are currently using two header builders simultaneously the Customizer Header Builder and the Elementor Header Builder. Please note that they cannot function at the same time. The template you are trying to install belongs to the Customizer Header Builder, but the Elementor Header Builder is currently active. Therefore, any changes made in the Customizer Header Builder will not be applied.

We recommend using the Elementor Header Builder and installing the pre-built header there.

I turned off the toggle for customiser header builder and switched to elementor and chose the xstore template(clicked on insert) but it still did not appear on the editor. I could only see content area, contact block and footer. I removed the site wide condition and trashed the elementor header and went back to customiser turning on the toggle. tried choosing the template from there but still stuck on loading. I just need the header from this https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor2/luxury-jewelry/

The issue with importing the header into Elementor occurred because all elements responsible for the header were disabled in the Elementor settings (please see the attached files for details). We have now enabled them. Please try again.
