    Hi,

We used to display our product details using the Product Gallery layout Type 3 on each single product page. However, for 2 months now (not sure which update was released), the Thumbnail column breaks out of the layout, as shown here: https://imgur.com/2AZJ3C4
The customizer displays correctly: https://imgur.com/o0QdIvO, but for some reason, the live web page doesn’t.

We’ve changed the layout of the Gallery widget to Type 1 instead of Type 3 for now to avoid the issue altogether, but we would like to return to using Type 3, with the Thumbnails Columm slider set to 4 and not have it break our layout like this.

Can you please troubleshoot with us and find/resolve the root cause?
This goes for multiple templates, but if you could focus on this one: https://imgur.com/GToVvwX we can fix the rest.

    Kind regards,

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, Bas Kling,

We kindly ask you to configure the settings in a way that makes the issue visible. Additionally, please provide us with a link to the page where the issue can be observed on your website. This will allow us to review and address the matter effectively.

    Hello, Bas Kling,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

Please try adding this custom CSS codes under XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:

    .single-product .swiper-vertical-images .vertical-thumbnails-wrapper {
        max-height: 625px;
        overflow: hidden;
    }

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hi Rose,

The fix seems to box and limit the vertical thumbnails to 4.
However, the arrows to scroll and provide access to images 5, 6, 7, etc are gone. Ultimately, this won’t work as we need the ability to show all the product images as intended.
The CSS fixes the display malfunction but doesn’t address the root cause….

    Dear @Bas Kling,

We hope you are doing well.

Please find below a screenshot of how the thumbnail sliders appear on our end: (https://prnt.sc/v4AysenmjapS).

Could you kindly provide guidance on how we can reproduce this issue?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    Dear @Bas Kling,

We coulde see some JS errors in the console log of your website.

We kindly recommend disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore. You can find the list of included plugins here: (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). Once you have done this, please clear your browser’s cache and check if the issue persists. It is possible that one of the additional plugins may be causing the problem.

Once you have deactivated the unnecessary plugins, kindly clear your browser’s cache and verify whether the performance issue persists. This step is crucial, as conflicts with third-party plugins can sometimes cause unexpected issues.

If it doesn’t help, could you please try switching to the Single Product Builder by Elementor also: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/?

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Trying to switch to the Elementor builder for SSP, and importing a template (example: https://imgur.com/HwPONRt) we get a page consisting of 2 sections (structure panel) but no content whatsoever. I would think the template would at least pick up an example product or show the layout of the template, but the content screen is completely empty.
Can you plz have a look and see what might cause this?

    Hello,

Unfortunately, the new SPP isn’t visible to us, even after clearing both server and browser cache: see private.
Also, and this is entirely my fault, we are rebuilding the website on our dev server (URL in private)
Can we continue the troubleshooting on that server, please? Credentials in private
Additionally, do you offer a step-by-step guide on how to assign imported SPP templates to products and categories?

    Dear @Bas Kling,

We are pleased to inform you that the Single Product Builder has been successfully imported from your live site to your development site.

You may now review your products to ensure everything is functioning as expected.

For your reference, here is a tutorial on how to import template builders using the Elementor plugin:
    https://elementor.com/help/using-the-theme-builder/

Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello,

Thank you again for helping import the desired template from your library.
We’re a bit confused, though, because the imported template, which shows the example product, doesn’t match the demo.
As you can see, the galley layout doesn’t match, and neither does the form cart.

The tutorial page doesn’t provide much insight as to why this happens.
    Can you offer some guidance?

    Thank you!

    Dear @Bas Kling,

We hope this message finds you well.

You can easily manage and customize the product gallery images by accessing the Single Product Builder template via the following link:
    https://***.kinsta.cloud/wp-admin/post.php?post=27989&action=elementor

To assist you further, please refer to the following elements within the template:

    1. Product Images Element:
    Screenshot – https://prnt.sc/KgSfqfv743DM

    2. Single Product Tabs Element:
    Screenshot – https://prnt.sc/Sac7nxmKl5aG

Could you kindly let us know which specific elements you are experiencing difficulty editing? We would be happy to provide additional guidance or screenshots to support you.

    Best regards,

    Luca,

Kindly move the site-specific data to the private section. The testing site is not for the public to (re)view

BTW, did the Elementar panel keep loading? We are unable to perform any edits because the panel seems stuck on loading status: https://imgur.com/WGWnrwT

    Dear @Bas Kling,

We hope this message finds you well.

While reviewing the debug.log file, we identified the following error:

[10-Jun-2025 13:00:12 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /www/voyeurxb2c_832/public/wp-content/plugins/elementor/includes/managers/controls.php on line 815
[10-Jun-2025 13:00:12 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /www/voyeurxb2c_832/public/wp-includes/class-wp-fatal-error-handler.php on line 76

This indicates that the current PHP memory limit (256MB) has been exceeded.

To resolve this issue, we kindly recommend contacting your hosting provider to increase the PHP memory limit to at least 2GB. Alternatively, you may try disabling some third-party plugins and check if the issue persists.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Hello Luca,

All non-essential plugins had already been disabled since the beginning of launching the development server.
Also, as you can see here: https://imgur.com/wiooUnj , no memory issue exists, and no memory or thread limit has been reached. As such, we’re unable to resolve the issue per your suggestions. The Elementor issue occurred only recently, after the import of the SPP template…
