    Hi,

I was doing some purchase test on various browsers, and while testing on Firefox (v104.0.1) on a Mac, most of the home page content isn’t loading.

I’ve been testing on Safari, and Brave, without this issue.

    Can you advise?

    Thanks

It seems now the problem is occurring on the other browsers as well.

I’ve not had this problem before, so am very confused as to what might be suddenly causing this to occur.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

We’ve checked your site on Firefox, Safari, and Chrome (Mac Desktop) and do not see the problem.
Please try to clear cache of your browsers and check one more time. Try to check from other devices. Make sure that additional extensions in your browsers are not reason for this problem.

    Regards

As with another topic I have open, I suspect it’s to do with the Siteground Optimiser plugin, as this problem has stopped occurring (so far) since deactivating it while troubleshooting the payment field issue.

As I’ve asked on that topic, do you think there can be a fix for this ‘conflict’, so that plugin can be used?

    Thanks

https://www.8theme.com/topic/checkout-payment-field-sporadically-not-working/#post-332964 Try to enable/disable options of the plugin to find out which one causes the problem.

    Regards
