WooCommerce shop images not adjusting to custom ratio

Good day,
We have repeatedly tried to edit and update the shop page image dimensions, but even though it displays while changing the ratio, and says it updated, when you return to shop page, they remain square as they are.

We need the ratio to be 3:4 and not square.

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Images on your shop page are not squared, they are rectangular https://prnt.sc/26h0axh according to your settings https://prnt.sc/26h0blk
