1) Our theme does not have any special settings for the products permalinks. All the available WooCommerce settings you can find in Settings > Permalinks > Product permalinks.
Yes, the multilanguage plugin could be the reason of the issue. Try to disable the plugin and test the issue without that.
2) Go to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > try to disable Static Blocks Cache. Check if you have the issue with the blocks after that.
