Need to customize address fields order - by youkila

Hello,
I’m making a E-shop aimed at Japanese customers but with a French seller, using Japanese WordPress. The problem is that in Japanese, the customers address’ fields are not displayed in the same order as in western countries (in Japan the zip code comes first, then province, then town etc. with the customer’s name coming last)
I want to find a way to customize how the different address fields are displayed in the order form and confirmation email so that the French seller can easily ship the purchased goods at the correct addresses (in other words, using the Western fields order, not the Japanese fields order).
I’ve found some plugins to set up the checkout fields, but in the end, the customers’ address still display in the “wrong” Japanese order in the order from and confirmation email.
In other words I’m stuck and any help would be most welcome!
