  Hi installed demo but now showing perfectly & customizer not working

  Hello,

  Thanks for using our theme.
  1) As I can see, you already removed images from the menu.
  2) Error with the Customizer is not related to import. Probably you reached the limit of the SubstituteMaxLineLength Read this topic https://www.8theme.com/topic/internal-server-error-2-2/#post-234594 and contact your hosting provider to check the server error logs and fix the limit issue in case you have the same errors.

  i added these lines ( htaccess.conf)

  
  SubstituteMaxLineLength 20m
  

  and

  Elementor -> Settings -> Advanced tab

  change “Switch Editor Loader Method” to Enable

  but still same issue for customizer

  Provide us with server error logs. It helps to understand what error appears and what exactly you need to change in server configuration.

  Contact your hosting provider and ask about the server error log, or check the documentation of Amazon AWS Ec2.
  As was previously mentioned, contact your hosting provider to check the server error logs and fix the issue.
