I got this issue once and you fixed it for me. But it happened again when I installed another demo. The website shows the theme installed normally but cannot be edited. It shows up this line: The webpage at https://viemoon.com…… might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. Pls help. https://ibb.co/wYNT5qN
Hello,
Have you done that Olga suggested previously https://prnt.sc/ue4nhv ?
Also, check this topic – https://www.8theme.com/topic/editing-page-gives-error-website-is-currently-unable-to-handle-this-request/

Hi,
According to Olga’s advice, I only use WP bakery as the main page builder. I didn’t use Elementor and the bug still popped up so I haven’t contacted host provider yet.
Many thanks
I also came across that topic. It doesn’t seem like my problem.
Many thanks
Hi,
I contacted the hosting provider and asked to check for problems as Olga said. They checked and told everything to run well with no errors. So what should I do next? I still can’t edit my website.

Hi,
Please provide FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
I tried to edit one of your pages and face a problem, once the Massive Addons plugin is disabled, the page can be edited, so I’ve sent you the topic, please check by yourself. To solve this problem with the Massive Addons, maximum body length value should be increased.
I can’t log in to your dashboard, have you changed wp-admin URL https://prnt.sc/uerxms ?

Hi,
yes, i have changed wp-admin URL. The information I have attached below.

Hi,
Sorry for the delay in answering.
Contact your hosting provider and ask to increase Max execution time to 120 and Max input vars to 2000 https://prnt.sc/ufffpu
Clear cache and check how it works then. Also, check how Customizer works when a default theme is activated on our site.
Regards
Hi,
Thank you for helping me until now. but it still doesn’t work. :(((( what should i do next?
Regards
Hi,
Go to Appearance > Themes > activate a default theme, go to Appearance > Customize > make a screenshot. Keep in mind that widgets (Appearance > Widgets) could be messed up after switching and you will need to place them back once enable XStore again.
If the problem persists with our theme only, it will be redirected to our technicians team one more time. If the problem is independent of the theme, you need to contact your hosting provider with this information and ask for help.
Regards
Hi,
The default theme works normally. The problem only appears when i use the Xstore’s themes. I haven’t even touched widgets yet.

Hello,
Could you, please, provide us with server error logs (the hosting provider should be able to give you this information)?
It will help us to understand what is the reason of the issue.
Regards
Hi,
How can i give you server-error-logs file? I provied you Ftp access. Was it helpful?
Regards
Hello,
We need general server error logs first to find out the reason of the issue, the local log file is empty. Then we’ll use FTP to fix the problem if it’s not related to server limits.
You can upload error logs to any Dropbox for example and share link in the Private content area.

Hi,
You can download it at this link:

Hello,
We have added the following code to .htaccess file
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
And it fixed the issue. So, problem was related to that limit on your server.
