Demo Import not working - by Classic - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello,

unfortunately the “Install base demo content” is not working.

After pressing the button a spinner appears and after 1 or 2 minutes it confirms that import was successful, but nothing is there.

Nothing is imported: no pages, no products, no menus

The theme versions installation seem to work. The Homepage import is fine.

Please confirm how to proceed?

Unfortunately, the menu can’t be imported, because of WordPress does not allow import of custom fields. You need to create an own menu https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/primary_menu https://www.8theme.com/videos/ (Royal – WordPress ThemeEngine – Menu Set Up).

What pages do you want to import? Did you install the base content (at the first time) after woocommerce plugin installation? Please provide us with temporary wp-admin access in Private Content so we can take a closer look.

we managed the import with design > setup wizard.

By the way I found the following post:

You can use your purchase code to activate test site. Once you will get the activation limit error, simply contact us, we will check your activations and change the limit for you.
