Hello,

I want to import this demo,
https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/

which is the reason i bought the theme, but it allows for the minimal demo, which i don’t want to use.

Also, how do i make the product size appear larger, as they do in the demo? Mine look smaller.
Can you please help?

Hello,

Could you please clarify with more details what you don’t want to use?
Did you select recommended dimensions like in our documentation?

well i wanted my product images to appear as they do in the demo, i therefore installed Regenerate Thumbnails, which is now providing a 504 Error code and therefore I am unable to delete it. I am on hold with my hosting company for them to delete it

However my main issue was and still is:

I want the demo changed, one of the main reasons that i bought the theme was because i was under the impression that this demo was the default (as it says that)
So how can get this demo:

hi, i have reinstalled regenerate thumbnails, and selected the recommended dimensions like in you documentation, but my products images are still small.

please advise.

hello, sorry for another update, but i have a few.

1. I have installed regenerator thumbnail, updated to recommended dimensions as you instructed, I regenerated all the images, which did make them bigger, but now those product images are different sizes
2. Prior to this new plugin i have noticed that the images were not lining up, see attached, and you can see there something on each row that won’t align

3. Last issue is how do i get the default demo theme over as stated in original issue?

Please update the theme to the latest 1.3 version.
The demo data can be imported as described in our documentation:

Hi, i already have the latest version.
My issue is that in the demos on your site, there is one called default:
https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/

but that demo IS NOT in the import/export under theme options.

Please look at it so you can see which demo I am referring too.

Also, as I stated, my product images are not lining up, i changed the theme and it was working fine, please advise

Hello,

Please check the site now. Did you mean that template variant or you wish to have the same slider as on our demo? Also try to regenerate thumbnails again.

Now the images are aligned on the Home page. Please check.
If you still want to change something please specify step by step what items need to be edited to have clear understanding.
