Cannot edit pages anymore - by Hoellwarth

Hi all,

I don’t know if it’s something related to your theme + plugins but, regardless any version I install (corporate, one page, and so on), after creating a page I can’t edit it anymore regardless I use Visual Composer or not. I’m not able to add/delete/edit blocks created with VC and if I change the Slider to be viewed instead of breadcrumbs, after clicking on “update” button I see the page as it was before my edits.

Any clue?

Hello,

I’ve just deactivated all plugins except of Revolution Slider and Visual Composer and VC editor has started working correctly.
So there is incompatibility between some plugin and Visual Composer.
We recommend you to disable plugins one by one to check which one is causing the issue.

I probably found the problem: qtranslate plugin (it’s a free plugin to create multilanguage sites). Do you know if Royal can be compatible with this plugin?

Now there’s another problem: in the homepage I can’t edit the ICON Box because simply there’s no icon manager anymore…and I did nothing.

Hello,

Sorry but we didn’t test that plugin with Royal theme and can’t guarantee their full compatibility.
We’re unable to access wp-admin panel as Google Authenticator code is asked. Please provide us with the access.
Also please specify what icon you’re trying to edit.
