  Hello,

  I have been going back and forth with my hosting provider with still no resolution.

  On install, i receive the following error when entering my purchase code,

  ‘API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0 version’

  I have contacted my provider and they have assured me the server is running OpenSSL Version 1.0.1e-fips.

  A 8Theme representative has asked that i contact on here with my FTP and login details.

  Please help!

  Yes, i purchased with a registered with TF account, not a guest.
  I have never had this issue with install?

  wp_remote_get(), wp_remote_post() functions are enabled.
  Maybe deactivate the purchase code and try another?

  This has been over a week now since i first contacted 8theme.

  Hello,

  Please contact your hosting provider support and ask them to increase
  – PHP max input vars to 10000.
  Make sure that file_get_contents function is enabled on your server. Let me know about results.

  PHP input has been edited to 10000 and file_get_contents was enabled.
