Search function doesn't work - by poldacchio

Hi,

I have a problem with the “search” function in the header: if I write the name of a product I can see a “pop-up” with a lot of results, but if I press the “magnifying glass” button a new page opens with the message “no products were found”. What can I do to solve this problem?

Hello,

You are using the old version of our theme and it could be the reason of your problem because search issues were fixed. We would recommend you to do the backup of all the files and DB and update theme and all the plugins to latest versions. Or provide me FTP and admin panel access and we’ll update theme/plugins for you.
