Hi,

When I enable the zoom for my products, I cannot click the second product image to zoom on it.
Please how can I fix that?

Hello,

You don’t need to add Featured image in product gallery http://prntscr.com/e7bnsu

2) Image issue caused by 2 zoom plugins that you enabled simultaneously http://prntscr.com/e7bpv5 Our theme has zoom lightbox by default, you don’t need additional plugins. But if you want to use third-party plugins don’t use 2 simultaneously because they conflict.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

We followed your advice and we are only using one zoom plugin as my client wants a lens zoom option and this plugin is working fine with the theme, but there is a small issue.

When I hover over the product on the left side it’s working fine, but if I move my mouse over the add to basket button for example, the zoom appears again on top of that.

We have used this plugin with a different theme last week and it works fine, but it seems to conflict with someone in XStore.

Would you please mind having a look for us?

Hello,

By default, image block is a carousel that shows all the images from the product gallery and seems zoom shows images from that carousel. I think you need to contact plugin author to make this zoom plugin compatible with carousel feature.
