  Hi I’ve got an iPhone 6 Plus…the site was loading up fine…but now it’s very slow with a message saying “there’s a problem with loading this site, and looks like it’s trying to load some type of slide (I don’t have a slide with this site).

  I’m using safari…

  Can you have a look at this pls?

  I have also tried other browswers, chrome, opera and google all the same results!

  Im wondering if it’s something to do with the site????

  Hi so here is the update on this:

  I have optimized the images and used w3 cache plugin but that comflicted with the theme so i removed it.

  The site has now changed to:

  http://secondnew.co.uk/

  I have followed all of your suggestion and still the sae issue presists…it seems to be looking for something then the page crashes:

  

  There must be something else that can be done as the site did not start out like this…can you check with one of your more advanced developers please?

  As I cant have the site crash on EVERY app browser on my phone!

  Hello,

  The Ess. Grid plugin using a preload function to show all products.
  You can decrease the count of products to show on the home page in Ess. Grid->Settings->Grid Paginatiom->Max visible rows.

  This option should decrease the loading time of Home Page a little.
