When we attempt to load our page on safari (on mobile in general) we get this error: A problem occurred with this web page so it was reloaded. How can we fix this issue?

Hello,

Please provide us with FTP/WP Dashboard credentials in private content.
Does the problem persists only with home page or other pages too?

This seems to only happen with the home page, our product pages and blog pages are fine on mobile.

Perhaps you added some code to home page that is causing this issue.
We need to check it, so please give us access to WP Dashboard and FTP.

Hello,

I’ve enabled the option “Include styles from “Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer” on every page” in Theme Options > General.
Please check the site now.

We seem to still be getting an error when we use safari on our phones and ipads. Do you know what else it could be?

We checked the site on iPhone and iPad and home page was loaded properly:

Try to clear browser cache and check again.
