OK thank you! It must be a plugin from a previous theme I tried but preferred Xstore! I will delete then there is no issue. Thanks for your assistance.

I have de-activated the WooCommerce plugin, and the “proceed to checkout” button now appears. Is the SW WooCommerce plugin not a requirement for X-Store then? Or do I need to find another workaround with the plugin authors?
