Hi Robert,
I am using WordPress 4.1.1 running Blanco 3.0. Testing with the default wordpress theme “Twenty Fifteen” gives me much better results: Mobile 60/100 Desktop 74/100 user experience: 100/100.
I was carefully enought to disable all plugins and test it and the results are poor again Mobile 42/100 Desktop 49/100 user experience 93/100.
Testing with your theme gives: Mobile 41/100
Desktop 53/100 user experience 99/100. The reason I am worried about this is because I test blanco first and got scared to see the results.
Need your help to fix this issues please.

Hi Eva,
I follow the instrutions and the tabs still there:
My theme function.php with the code looks like it:

Its weird but still not working. Curiously I have a problem with the arrows on the layer slider and if I add something above The first line “<?php” the arrow show up like it shoud be.

Really need some help Eva and really appreciate what you have donne untill the moment.

Hi Robert,
First of all thanks very much for your help.
Unfortunatelly I am not able to make a print screen of the issue for reason unknown, but I will try explain as better as I can.
If you please follow this link: , you will see four tabs originally: Description, Additional Information, Reviews (0) and Related Products.
Using Woozone I can import from amazon pretty much everything that I wanted,from products, all king of products atributes, reviews etc. It is all set and working according to their developers unless the reviews. Instead show the “Reviews (0)” tab, should show the amazon tab for the product reviews or even both worst case senario.
The AATeam developers checked my website and they told me what I wrote above. To be honest I don´t know much about coding, really hope this can help.

Hi Eva,
Is there a way to resize the slider to a diferent height? this way I can adjust the slider height to show everything if the title is to long. I know that if I changed the title will show the same on the shop page. No problem at all with that.
If is not possible to change what I´m asking, I prefer shortening the titles manualy and not update title info throught the crown job that is set on my server.
Just one other question. I´ve tried to upload a background but is not showing, Any ideias why this is happening?
Appreciate your help once again.

Hi Eva,
First of all thanks very much for the fast reply.
I can´t implement what they suggested in this tutorial because on my woocommerce content-product.php does not show the same code. by saying that, I am really not looking for something to the shop page. On there does not mather the lenght of the title, always display well.
I need a solution for the Featured products and New products sliders, because is only there that if the title is too long the add to cart button goes down and user cannot see it.

Hi Iva,
Regarding to my last email about size guide, I think I found the problem and has nothing to do with blanco.
I download using woozone another product and it is showing to select size and color the way I intend to be, so must something importing products and atributes with woozone.
If you want to check the link to see what I mean:

But I have another question that for sure you will be able to help me: At the top bellow “Classy & Affordable Adult Shopping” is there a serch box for products, if I dont write nothing and just click on the go button does not shows any product. Its the way is suposed to work?

Hi Eva,
To be honest I don´t know if I´m doing something wrong, some settings or whatever.
What a meant above was: when I enable “Enable Size Guide on this product” editing the post does not show the dropdow allowing customers to select the size when they are buying the product.
On the test link that I share with you I´m selling sexy-lingerie, so what I need is a dropdown like it was before to allow customer to select the size they want, a table showing shoes size won´t help a lot…IOI
Was just after the update that start showing like that, any ideas what can it be.
Regarding to w3 total cache, do you have any news for me.
Really apreciate your help

Hi Guys,
I am having the same problem with blanco and w3 total cache, if I disable the plugin the cart works fine but if the plugin is on the cart emediatly goes crazy.
Also having another problem with size guide on the product page, showing just the link not as a dropdown and reedirecting to a 404 error page.
Can someone give me some good advice to sort this out.
Appreciate your help.
