1/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
2/ Try to go to WooCommerce > Status > Regenerate the product attributes lookup table > regenerate all the products you have and try to filter after that.

Was XStore Core plugin activated successfully? Also, make sure that all 3rd party plugins are disabled before the import. Demo content can be imported incorrectly in case a lot of 3rd party plugins were activated on the site before the import. In this case, provide temporary wp-admin access, we will help you.
It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.
Please do the reset and reply with temporary wp-admin and FTP access here. We will help you with the import. Provide URL of the desired demo version. Do you prefer Elementor or WPBakery?

Because AMP uses minimal code for quick loading, it can’t include all the elements on a fully functioning webpage, such as certain widgets, embedded content, or pages created using page builders (Elementor/WPBakery). This means that a webpage viewed with AMP looks like a mobile application to facilitate the user experience and doesn’t look exactly the same as how the original page would appear on a desktop or laptop.
XStore AMP allows to adjust the Home page elements, supports WooCommerce pages, Blog and posts (because pages/posts come with simple styles and texts), pages created by Elementor/WPBakery displayed in non-AMP version.

3/ Previously we made changes in xstore-child/woocommerce/single-product/tabs/tabs.php to make positions of custom tabs changed (moved above others) – but we could not check because
3.1/ we cannot find product with custom tabs
3.2/ edit any product is not possible due to the limited access of admin user you provided.

Could you please, write what questions do you still have and provide link for product with custom tabs to check their positions (if the fix does not work still)?
