Blog adding problem with Xstore PLZ help

Hi
I have a problem with blogs on my site. The display is wrong and without photos. I tried to edit it but nothing changed. Can you please check the problem and help me to solve it?

Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

My website runs very slow. The customers are having hard time to enter it and should wait a long time. Also anyone can hardly access the site with a smartphone. I need help PLZ.

I have anther issue PLZ assist: what is the different between child theme and the original theme? can that reflect on the sites speed?
Note: My website is created with a child theme

Hello,

1) Provide us with WP Dashboard access to check the speed settings that you use and cache plugin settings. Have you sorted out how to create a Dashboard user with the admin permissions?

2) You can read what the child theme is here https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/advanced-topics/child-themes/
It should not make any speed issues if you did not add any custom code there that could cause problems.

Create user with the admin permissions. Provide us with login and password in the Private content area.
