    We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If this doesn’t help, provide us with FTP access.

    1. By default, there is no such option from our theme side.
    Registration functionality comes from Woocommerce plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/enabling-user-registration-on-website/

    To add custom fields such as business or company details to the registration form, you can try to use a plugin like WooCommerce Checkout Manager or User Registration for WooCommerce.

    Please note that we do not guarantee full compatibility of our theme with all third-party plugins, nor can we provide support for such plugins. In some cases, additional customization of either the theme or the plugin may be required to ensure they work together. Unfortunately, it is not feasible for the theme author to ensure compatibility with all existing plugins, and such customization falls outside the scope of our standard support.

    To enable registration for companies and add custom fields:
    – Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy to ensure registration is enabled.
    – Use a custom fields plugin or custom code to add company-related fields to the registration form.

    Contact support of 3rd party plugin to get further assistance.

    2. To include custom registration fields in the invoice PDF and email template when an order is completed, you may need to:
    – Use a plugin like WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips that allows customization of invoice templates.
    – Modify the email template by overriding WooCommerce email templates in your theme. You can do this by copying the relevant template file from woocommerce/emails/ to your child theme and adding the custom fields using WooCommerce hooks.

    Please note that additional customization in files is outside the scope of our basic support.

Since these messages are not part of the theme’s templates, they may not be available for translation through Loco Translate under the theme section.

    To translate these messages, please try the following steps:

    1. Check the LoginPress Plugin Translation Files:
    – Navigate to Loco Translate > Plugins in your WordPress dashboard.
    – Locate LoginPress and check if the translation strings are available there.

    2. Verify Custom Messages in LoginPress Settings:
    – Go to LoginPress > Customizer and check if the messages can be customized directly from the plugin settings.

    3. Check WordPress Default Translations:
    – Some registration messages may be part of WordPress core. You can check under Loco Translate > WordPress to see if the strings are available for translation.

    4. Check:
    – Loco Translate > Plugins > XStore Core > edit translation;
    – Loco Translate > Themes > XStore;
    – Loco Translate > Plugins > woocommerce;

    3. We can’t connect FTP:

    Error:         	Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
    Error:         	Could not connect to server

    Please check it. Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
    Is there a restriction by IP or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?

    WooCommerce > Settings > General and check the ‘Selling location(s)‘ option. Ensure that it’s set to ‘Sell to all countries‘ or ‘Sell to specific countries‘ and the countries you want to sell to are included in the list.
    Also, please verify your default customer location. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > General > Default customer location. If it’s set to ‘Shop base address‘, it will default to the country of your store.
