Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache, and check how it works then.
As I can see, you are using Elementor on pages. Why do you decide to use WPBakery also? Please note that it is not recommended to use 2 editors to edit the content of the same page.

You have installed a lot of plugins, please check description of plugins and disable that you don’t really use, because every plugin slows down the site a bit.

Upload xstore-tr_TR.mo file into wp-content/languages/themes folder via FTP, then go to Loco translate > Themes > XStore > turkish > click on Sync > Save > Continue translation.
.po file will be generated automatically.
