    Hello Eva,

    I’m checking in 3 fashions:

    1. by decreasing window’s width until CSS change point
    2. by using mobile simulation tools (like Chrome’s Inspect Element etc)
    3. on my iPhone 4S device

    It is difficult to get a screenshot.

    just:
    1. go to http://pristige.doart.co.il and notice the location of the different product.(at least by the images – since the text is in Hebrew)
    2. Narrow the browser window width until you see that the products are aligned in a single column.
    3. you’ll notice that the order of the product had changed as I described before.

    In general I need to know if and how I can control the elements order when screen width diminishes, – so I’ll be able to customize it.

    Hi Eva,

    This fix works only for full wide screen, yet not responsive.
    As screen width is reduced, even a notch, the map is off center again and loses content to the margins.
    How can we keep the map in center regardless of width change ?

    Hi Eva,

    The map shifted a bit to the right but certainly not centered. a gig portion is still hidden on the left. You need to see the “Google” watermark on the left-hand bottom corner of the map in full width mode.

    Hi Eva,

    The raw html is switching google map into hebrew – so I need to have it.
    You removed it while working on the site and I still had the map issue.

    To get the map to look like the image you sent – In the google map element settings width is set to 100% and overwrite width to ‘default width’ – that brings up a page width map.

    I think that the issue is with rtl settings. Basically the map becomes full width and pulled hard to the left.
    I managed to bring in back using margin (negative values) on the ultimate-map-wrapper element(see image below) BUT on the expense of responsiveness that went askew.

    The map is loosing its “center” settings starting from the right main content edge and extends leftward (2nd image below) – though keeping the right width value.

    We basically need to center the map again and maintain responsiveness. Since I have no idea on how the map in implemented and cannot query Ultimat Addons support (due to the fact that I got the plugin in the Royal package) – I addressed the issue to you.

    Hi Eva,

    If I’ll just put these files in the child theme’s folder – would they simply overwrite the ones in the parent theme ? or do I need to edit them on every new Royal version ?

    The map issue still not resolved. Please see, if you can, what was changed from vc 4.4.3{4.5.1 by now} & Ultimate Addons 3.4.9{3.11.1 by now} – that introduced this problem.

    Let me know if you further need the credentials, else I’ll suspend them.

    The contact form looks and works well, thank you. I need though the exact changes you’ve made so I’ll be able to implement them when new Royal versions are released.

    For the map – the issue concerns FULL WIDTH & EXTEND FULL WIDTH, current definition is width 100% & default width – which gives a boxed layout – that is not what I need.

    Please send the corrections made and keep me posted re the google map issue.

    Hi Eva,

    Domain a-giv.co.il is the project in which I used the

      older

    versions on VC & Ultimate Addons as a temporary solution until I’ll hear from you. So it is not relevant at the moment.

    Domain mmins.webzit.co.il uses the latest versions of these plugins (as suggested by you).
    Related image can be found in comment #72134 (topic: google map “full width” not showing right)

    NOTE: Jack Anderson is using these same access details to resolve the CAPTCHA remove request – so make sure not to login and make changes at the same time. THIS IS A LIVE SITE so please be cautious !

    Hello Eva,

    I followed Jack Richardson advice but couldn’t go through with it since the code he pointed to was not in the file.

    The partly fixed issue returned an ajax error and I suspect this is the one.

    I’v given him access credentials and still waiting for his reply on the matter.

    As soon as that is handled, I would transfer these credentials to you as requested in comment #72149 from you.(topic: google map “full width” not showing right)

    Fast handling will be highly appreciated.

    I’ll remove the code as instructed.
    The contact form issues a “Error while ajax request” notice when send.
    Please your urgent respond since Contact form is unusable and this is a live website !

    $captcha_instance = new ReallySimpleCaptcha(); is found in wp-content/themes/royal/framework/theme-functions.php in:

    line 1379 – registration form section – under et_registration_form()
    line 1462 – send message from contact form section – under et_send_msg_action()
    line 1550 – registration section – under et_registration_action()

    The last snippet is not in wp-content/themes/royal/framework/theme-functions.php file

    Hello Eva,

    This issue with google map is not solved yet, as I can see in later plugins versions to the ones above.

    It forces me NOT to upgrade VC & Ultimate Addons – which presents a security problem.
    Again – have to use vc 4.4.3{4.5.1 by now} & Ultimate Addons 3.4.9{3.11.1 by now}

    What can be done about it ?

    Hi Eva,

    Done as suggested – yet not solved.

    The product gallery images keep vanishing to the left when using the small gallery arrows and the images are not shown in the product main image frame – as you can see in the product page

    Please further advice.

    The problem resides with new versions of VC & Ultimate addons – changing back to 4.4.3 & 3.4.9 respectively, got the map to show full width. (downgrading only Ultimate addons didn’t fix the issue)

    If you’d checked via Inspect Element you would have seen that the width was not the issue but margin-left that is in the script or somewhere and is responsive.

    Since this plugins versions where publish in your support section I urge you to reexamine compatibility and issue correction or at least a warning of some sort.

    Please keep me posted since I want my websites to be fully updated.

    Hello Eva,

    I don’t Know which screen/device you’re using.

    As to a minute ago check – after cache clean and on few browsers and two different PCs – the issue still remains.

    Note: used the same CSS setting as extracted from your demo via Inspect Element – to no avail.

    The image size f the one you’ve sent does not represent the actual situation.

    Please look further into this.

    Hello Eva,

    It took me 2h to solve the issue myself.
    I’m positive that your team – as this product’s creators – would have done it in just a fraction of the time it took me.

    I strongly suggest that you don’t rush, in the future, to the “we did’t say that…” kind of attitude – it just might be a small effort with a satisfied client at the end.

    What you’re saying Eva is quite lovely.

    Nevertheless, the very css declaration that messes up the menu is in the code you’ve supplied within the theme package, hence your refusal to take care of the matter is simply bad service !

    You leave me no choice but to not recommend your product to my clients and colleagues – furthermore I’m oblige to inform all that when it comes to service your seriously deficient.

    I’m truly sorry that it comes to this.

    p.s

    rtl.css file (including “body:rtl;”) came in ‘royal’ folder within the Royal Store package as supplied by your team.
    That by itself is a statement regrading RTL compatability.

    I removed all my changes, yet the problem remained.

    Please take responsibility on your work and help me resolve this issue.

    Hello Olga,

    It is very disappointing to get this kind of answer so late into the discussion.

    I raised the RTL issue from the beginning and got your collaboration up to this point.

    If my memory serves me right there was no menu issue prior to ver 1.7.

    I intended to use your product as main platform and offer it to future clients.
    Unfortunately your answer oblige me not to do so and look for other products instead.

    Since I like your product and would still like to use it I urge you to reconsider and seek solution, Or at least, further instruct me on the matter:
    How the mobile menu is working
    what changes need to be done ?
    changes of CSS, PHP or js ?
    any other data I should know so I’ll be able to resolve the issue myself…

    I get a totally different result:mobile menu issue

    alternatively, I get black narrow stripe instead of the menu and I get neither the title “ניווט” that you got, nor the comment “SET YOUR MAIN MENU…”

    This is all with the original theme – not the child theme.

    Did you changed anything (disabled rtl.css or any plugin)?

    I still have the issue with the mobile menu:
    Display blank/black container without the menu and the container pops up in different areas of the website – inappropriately.

    I need to submit this project to the client and this is the final stretch.

    I have another project which uses Royal Store and it suffers from the same issue.
