Don’t worry about it. Installing via FTP (manually) is identical to installing with wordpress uploader and this will not cause the problem.

You have 2 Legenda themes. Please delete old version and reupdate your theme again.
Also I don’t see Register page in Pages. Read more here how to create register page:

2) You can translate words and strings from checkout page manually in \themes\legenda\woocommerce\checkout\form-checkout.php file.
3) Sorry, but WooCommerse filter work only for WooCommerce pages.

Hello,

The problem wasn’t in the theme update. It was in that you activated font only to the home page. I’ve added Marck Script font via Punch Fonts plugin from admin-panel and now it works well. Check it.

First you need disable Demo footer block in Theme Options->General. Then create your custom footer manualy.
