Please provide us with link to the page and wp-admin access in Private Content.
To create sub-categories navigate to Products-> Categories-> Add New Product Category then put ‘earrings’ to Name field and in dropdown section select parent ‘jewelry’.

1) Please add this code into custom.css file.

2) To change the image you need add following code into custom.css file.

Do you have enabled custom.css file in Theme Options->Custom CSS?

The problem causes a large logo size. In this case, you can try to use another header type in Theme Options->Header->Header Type. This can be Header Type 6,7,8 or 10.

You use old version of Essential Grid, Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer, WPBakery Visual Composer plugins. Please update them.
You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.
You have selected header type 8 in Theme Oprions->Header. In this type header top bar doesn’t exist.
Please try select some of them 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 15, 16.
