I have not done this before so i may have silly questions… i assume the orders i have received will still be there? i wont lose current orders? and customer details that are currently saved in the system. also all media, images etc… after i do this, the site will look the same with all products, blogs, categories etc

Please do guide me, I am not that technical. 5 years ago I did ask a very good friend to assist with something on the site – other than that there has been no developers. I have existing order etc on the site, will that be lost? Please do guide me step by step as to what to do – thanks.

what? i updated the theme etc just recently. when you say pirated you mean not sourced from you guys? i bought and paid for it and have been updating it until recently. i always download it from themeforest

HI, The footer section, the contact details – its not showing on the site.
So in the Static blocks backed, I changed it to reflect my contact details.
Save and update
On front end – its still the demo content

Yes, but I edited the default info with my information but it is not updating.
I tried another static block and the same thing is happening. I just replace the demo information with my information but the front end of the website is not updating.
Not sure what I am not doing, not had this problem before
