you haven’t provided me with any code
you haven’t provided me with any code
Hello,
I actually just went ahead and customised the home page seperatly and duplicated the changes manually. so please undo whatever setting you done because it was not required
Thanks, is there a way for me to switch the setting off for the automatic display of the button I am replacing? If the function is not needed then id like to ensure it is disabled
2; is resolved, see screenshot, this is such options
1; still needs sorted
this problem is also happening with
Block for single product page
Banner for single product page.
The static block has been edited but doesn’t change its appearance on the site.
I have kind of resolved this.
It appears that the footer needs modified in two different sections of build, both footers have different settings despite being the same static block….
can you advise how to ensure that I don’t have to modify my footer twice, its double the amount of work, the same footer should be displayed across the whole site without the need to be modified separately
Hi jack,
not the best advise, nott looking for a single column, just looking got the theme to do what is advertised, and what is shown as possible on other sections of the website already. not asking for much
hello, unfortunately that resolution is not suitable, as it will require me to manually apply css to each individual section of this. which is over 12 sections.
Im using subcategories, not categories, so button needs to appear by default. Thanks
Core plugin has been updated. Button still does not appear.
Hello,
As explained “When a product is out of stock, there is no indication of this on the shop page, the out of stock label does not appear.”
1: 1/ Archive products builder > edit template > settings of products element > enable stock status
already done prior to asking for help, not working, which is why topic was opened.
2: Is an option, its already set like as default on my other website using animal theme. Don’t send me a link asking for money lol. This feature is already available, do you need screenshots for confirmation????
Heres is admin acesss
Hello,
I am not referring to the behaviour of the plugin.
When it changes to “Add to cart” the add to cart buttons are not in correct alignment and are hanging off the edge of the page. (right side)
Amazing, thanks for the help.
Thanks, it still needs some slight adjustments because of the icon position, parent and sub categories positions, it doesnt appear fully centred. however the changes might be best demonstrated with photoshop. I don’t have it at the moment because im waiting on a replacement Mac and currently using a borrowed device.
Update 2. I re-applied try css, it no longer changed anything , I also noticed a little error flag on the code area, relating to the use of “!important”
The picture attached shows the css, but the change is only showing on the builder, no the main site.
Screenshot
Update: unfortunately the method of padding I used changed the size of the icons on mobile and desktop so had to be reverted.
Please advise how to ensure they are aligned centre (currently aligned left)
Hello, I fixed the alignment using the padding.
However there doesn’t appear to be any option to set alignment for the parent categories text, or the subcategories text, so still experiencing some untidyness.
Would it be possible to have the categories texts as follows.
Left column, align to left. Right column, align to right. I think this would be the best result for look.
Hello, I applied the code. Please see screenshot, it’s still a bit untidy.
Still aligned to left (not centered)
Thank you, this has worked
Ive applied the changes and it looks good now, however when the + – buttons are replaced select options , it becomes messy again.
Hi Jack,
I have been provided with custom CSS for 3 problems now. Is it going to be ok in the long run to have all this custom css applied?
.
topic closed due to misunderstanding, but not solved
Ok so first of all I specifically mentioned that desktop version was fine (unless stated otherwise), so don’t really appreciate the desktop sites look being changed without me asking for that beforehand, I specifically said not to do that.
1: We would like to inform you that we have activated the single-column layout for the Product List widget in the mobile view. You can review the update here: https://prnt.sc/pME3H_dEuwlV.
I didn’t ask for it be changed to a single column. I said it wasn’t displaying correctly in the 2 column fashion, and I attached a screenshot to show this. 2 The cart button, image and -+ buttons are out of place, causing it to look untidy, I know how to change to 1 column, that’s not what I asked for.
2: Additionally, we have replaced the deprecated Blog widget on your homepage with the new Posts Carousel, which offers an improved UI/UX experience. You can view the update here: https://prnt.sc/4cr3oFEdX9V7.
Your changes made other moderations to my home page that I was unhappy with, plus I did specifically say “This does not need to be modified on desktop view” and “desktop version is fine” at least 3 times I said that.
3: Furthermore, we have applied custom CSS adjustments to enhance the display of the Categories widget on mobile devices. Please find the details here: https://prnt.sc/VCa033GrvRQa.
I like that look, but unfortunately it also messes up my desktop look (which I said not to do).
Reverting changes, please only change what I asked this time.
Hello im just about to restore from backup after reading that post and reviewing the changes because nothing I have asked for has been done and changes that I didn’t ask for have been implemented without my approval and again there’s now more mess.
Thanks for the help, look forward to using it.
thanks.
