Please login in as customer, I don’t think its visible as an admin.
Just to clarify, I did restore back after encountering this and another problem when doing a full plugin update, the problem did go away after the restore. I have not done a full plugin update this time, just updated the theme itself.
I am using google chrome .
2: The layout of the “out of stock” is still not correct on mobile, screenshot attached. It shows misplacement on the product placeholders.
Screenshot shows. Mobile view. The Label is not centred on all images. Its centre on two out of 4 images here.
Thanks for the details.
Thanks, ill wait for the next update. Much appreciated.
Despite the builder not displaying correctly. I have managed to apply the changes successfully.
Thanks for the help.
Yes, exactly, so the changes are not reflecting in the editor. Ill check those tabs again today and let you know, but my main concern is, that the editor view is not showing the correct view, images aren’t showing up and text is not aligned correctly. However, I will add buttons, submit the changes and hope that it doesn’t cause any issues on the main page which responsible for displaying it.
Thanks,
I understand that the feature utilises the default placeholder. So my request is: how do I change it to match the WooCommerce placeholder image settings, or how do I change your default placeholder image.
Thanks
Hello,
Ive reviewed the changes.
1: The ‘cross’ that was misunderstood previously is still visible on out of stock products. Please remove it.
2: The layout of the “out of stock” is still not correct on mobile, screenshot attached. It shows misplacement on the product placeholders.
Thanks for the advise.
However, it appears that the custom code mentioned above is has maybe already been applied? Because now the text is already centred and I don’t recall doing it myself.
Since this change in code, There are now issues with elements builder that were not there before. Elementor view now doesnt match the true live view, which is only happened since the above code was implemented.
1: If you are looking to center the text currently displayed here – https://prnt.sc/HABpm0kvnMCg – you may use the following custom code: https://prnt.sc/wMa9dzf-BGki
Yes, this is the text I was looking to centre
2:In a previous discussion, you were advised to add a custom button, but we do not see it implemented on your website yet. If you have not added it, could you please clarify what exactly you would like to center?
Its not possible to add a custom button to the General Tabs sections, it only allows a button to be added underneath or above the general tab area, it didn’t allow a button to be placed into each tab. Screenshot attached.
Thank you, unfortunately neither of them will be adequate for me. Ill look elsewhere for it.
Hello Jack,
1: Thanks for providing the code for changing the colour of the text. This ‘Out of stock” option is suitable for the products.
2: The strikethrough I was referring to, is in regards to the images swatches (images 1) . You can see that the strikethrough effect is also fading the image, which makes the image almost invisible. Id like the strikethrough to be applied, but the image behind it must has less opacity, so that it can still be seen behind the strikethrough.
3: You have appeared to have missed the screenshots I provided in the last message. It shows the position of the “out of stock” on the product placeholder. The position of this is not the same on each product, it appears to move position based on the lines for the product title, if 2 lines, it moved up, if 3 lines it moves up further. Id like the “out of stock” to remain in the centre of the image on the product placeholder at all times. Ive attached 2 screenshots for this.
Thanks for this. however it appears very messy.
Screenshots of mobile and desktop
also, how can I change text colour of it.
I tried changing
color: var(–et_dark-color);
to
color: var(–et_white-color);
or
color: var(–et_light-color);
but it turns grey, not white.
thanks
I read your private message
However I never mentioned refund, I mentioned your effortless responses . The themes great thanks.
Hello, the above mentioned issue was in caused by the “display product variations as single products beta” . When it was switched off the categories appeared on the placeholder.
Screenshot shows product page, it appears to display the category correctly here.
Hello, it’s not showing the categories, it’s showing everything as uncategorised in the category despite the product being assigned to a category.
It appears as normal inn the builder but not on live view.
Will provide screenshots and a visual mock up
How can there be any misunderstanding?
you have 2 pictures
1 is old site
2 is new site
clearly you are able to distinguish both, without a screenshot filetype being renamed. That’s the Last time I reply to one of unproductive messages.
When I message here, I’m not putting up with your silly bickering. You have one job, please stop giving irrelevant responses.
Thanks
Hello Rose,
Please note that our theme does not include an option to display a cross through the product image on the shop page. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding, and you might be confusing XStore with another theme
You seem to always a nonsense answer, I wouldn’t be suggesting things that arentt possible.
If there’s a setting that doesnt do that it’s supposed to, then I come to the forums. You have, on multiple occasions, given me the answer to say that things are not possible, when it is.
if I get answers like this again, I won’t waste my time bickering with you about it, ill just open another topic and ask someone else to answer.
Every single answer you give is a waste of time replying to such messages. Not another person who replies on here wastes as much of my time as you.
If its not going to visible, why did you provide it?
you already advised me in another topic to ad a custom button, so this answer is no good.
looking to centre it, as explained already
thanks
yeah don’t make changes again without asking, I’ve told you enough times in the past.
The setting you suggest, doesn’t exist in this section

Transferring data between WordPress sites, especially for an online store based on WooCommerce, can present several complications. Data integrity is a primary concern, as any errors during the transfer process could lead to missing or corrupted information. Compatibility issues may arise between different versions of plugins or themes, which can affect site functionality. Custom settings and configurations might not transfer seamlessly, requiring manual reconfiguration.
A project like that would need detailed work and extensive research, I recommend engaging directly with the theme developer. They will have the capacity to focus exclusively on your needs, ensuring a more efficient completion of your project.
Ive. read the link you sent, no mention of what I asked
Could you please elaborate, because I am not looking to be in maintenance mode, I’m looking to have a restriction set that will redirect users who are not logged in back to the home page.
It doesn’t work.
Two images attached,
Onne shows the current theme
One shows the old them
Product placeholder must match old theme layout,
In new theme layout, category is only revealed over the image when hovering
The of stock status here does not put the cross through the product image, instead it says “out of stock’ under the product. This is not required because I will be using the stock line.
The product must have an X through it if out of stock.
that worked , thank you
